Rotary Printer Operator

We are hiring on behalf of our client 1. Digital Pre-Press amp; Artwork RIP Processing - Navigate Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop) to retrieve, review, and prepare final art files. Manage complex colour spaces, including CMYK, spot colours, colour profile conversions, and CMYKWV (White and Varnish) layering. 2. Machine amp; Fixture Setup - Demonstrate a strong understanding of X-Y-Z axis alignment to physically install and configure print fixtures. Safely manage UV lamp parameters (power percentages, shield configurations, and turn quantities) while understanding UV light diffusion and exposure limits. Execute routine printhead diagnostics, including nozzle check runs. 3. Equipment Calibration amp; Quality Control - Critically evaluate and adjust speed, horizontal, and vertical alignments to guarantee perfect print registration. Monitor and adjust print environment variables, including temperature and voltage. 4. Pyrobond Pre-Treatment amp; Chemical Handling - Safely operate the Pyrobond flame-treatment machinery, managing propane gas lines and Pyrosil applications. Apply specialized adhesion promoters and use cleaning alcohols efficiently based on substrate requirements.
