A well-established 3PL company in Mississauga is hiring reliable Material Handlers / Warehouse Associates to join their team.

What You'll Do

• Pick, scan, sort, weigh and process packages
• Use RF/barcode scanners and computers to process shipments
• Load and unload trucks
• Handle oversized and small packages
• Sort packages into the appropriate categories
• Assist with inventory counts
• Build and break down Gaylords
• Help identify and resolve package/shipping issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other warehouse duties as needed

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving or distribution experience
• RF scanner experience is an asset
• Comfortable using computers and basic online searches
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)
• Able to follow instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have your own safety boots, hard hat, safety vest and gloves
