Seeking a Retail Sales Associate for an Optical Store in Victoria, BC! As the face of the business, you play a vital role in introducing customers to who the company is: providing exceptional eye care and affordable eyewear for everyone. Through your friendly, caring personality, you'll exceed customer expectations as you guide them through a range of stylish frames and support those experiencing contact lenses for the first time. Job Duties: Greet customers and provide exceptional service Complete initial optical assessments Assist customers in selecting frames and eyewear Schedule and manage optical appointments Process customer purchases and payments What We Offer: Training Development $20.00-$21.00/hour based on experience o Candidates with optical experience will start at $21.00/hour Full benefits after 3 months 3 weeks of paid vacation Your Skills Experience: Retail or face-to-face customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized and takes initiative Available for long-term, full-time employment Please respond to this posting with a copy of your resume.
