Road Crew Lead Hand

We are looking for a reliable hard working leader to join our team. This position involves leading a crew of 5 to 8 guys on off site jobs. We would prefer that you have some experience in working at heights and confined space entry but we are willing to train if you have the right qualities. The candidate will have a clean drivers record and preferably some experience towing trailers. Hours are very flexible depending on the job and job site. We will be expecting you to be able to communicate professionally with our customers, ensure the job gets done safely and to the customers satisfaction. Rate of pay is negotiable depending on your experience.
