MHE Order Picker

MHE Reach & Order Picker – Day Shift Location: First Gulf Area, Brampton, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring an experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator for a well-established Canadian transportation, logistics, and warehousing organization located in Brampton, Ontario.
We are looking for a reliable candidate with strong hands-on experience operating both Reach Truck and Order Picker equipment who is available to start immediately.
Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach Truck and Order Picker equipment
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Put away and replenish inventory
• Perform shipping and receiving duties
• Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
• Work at elevated heights while operating Order Picker equipment
• Verify quantities and maintain order accuracy
• Follow all warehouse, MHE, and fall-protection safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete additional warehouse duties as required

Required Experience & Certifications

• Previous hands-on Reach Truck experience
• Previous hands-on Order Picker experience
• Valid Reach Truck certification
• Valid Order Picker certification
• Working at Heights / Fall Protection / Fall Arrest training or certification, as applicable
• Experience using a safety harness and fall-protection equipment
• Previous shipping, receiving, inventory and order-picking experience
• Comfortable and experienced working at heights
• Strong understanding of warehouse and MHE safety procedures
• Ability to lift and move warehouse products as required
• Reliable and able to consistently report for an 8:00 AM start
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Must be available to start ASAP

Candidates may be required to successfully complete an onsite MHE assessment before starting.
PPE Requirements

• CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes with the green triangle
• Safety vest must be worn while working in the warehouse
• Safety harness/fall-protection equipment as required for elevated Order Picker operation
