We are currently seeking a Shipping – Receiving -Material Handler for our manufacturing team. Reporting directly to the General Foreman. Shipping – Receiving -Material Handler is accountable to the team and responsible for the day-to-day movement of materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Safety Rules & Regulations, and Quality & Production Procedures are adhered to.
• Prioritize work within the Shipping and Receiving Department
• Work with in-house and external stakeholders involved with material handling.
• Help with all aspects of receiving including: offloading, material verification.
• Help with all aspects of shipping including loading, material verification
• Help with all aspects of material handling including bringing in raw materials as required, organize and control inventory and consumables, pick parts as per job travelers.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and organize physical counts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years prior material handling experience
• Enthusiastic and hardworking person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain focus in an environment subject to constant change and pressure
• Strong troubleshooting / problem-solving skills
• Experience driving forklifts
