Shipping Clerk

Tenure: Full-Time, 4–6 Month Contract
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21/hour

Job Summary:
The Shipping and Facilities Associate will support shipping, receiving, warehouse, equipment preparation, facility maintenance, and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ship routers, modems, and other equipment; maintain accurate shipping and warehouse documentation.
• Receive devices and materials and assist with general warehouse activities.
• Conduct facility inspections, support routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments regarding equipment, repairs, deliveries, and facility requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure equipment meets required quantity and quality standards.
• Respond to facility/equipment alarms and system issues as required.
• Assist internal teams with inquiries related to returned equipment, shipments, and customer requests.
• Maintain an organized and secure warehouse and facility environment.
• May be required to work evenings or weekends in response to operational or service needs.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to deadlines, accountability, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Ability to work effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Flexibility to take on various tasks to support overall team objectives.

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years of experience or education in a technology-related industry.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or warehouse operations.
