White Rock Dodge, part of Trotman Auto Group, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level administrative or data-entry position.
The Warranty Specialist is a critical contributor to Service Department profitability and is responsible for maximizing legitimate warranty reimbursement opportunities while maintaining strict OEM compliance.
We are seeking someone who understands automotive repair operations, technician documentation, labour operations, repair order workflow, warranty coding, manufacturer policies, audits, recalls, campaigns, and chargeback prevention. The successful candidate knows how to identify revenue opportunities, prevent lost reimbursement, and support dealership profitability through effective warranty management.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced automotive dealership professional with strong technical knowledge of warranty administration, service operations, and manufacturer compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
One or more of the following:
- 2+ years of OEM dealership Warranty Administrator experience
OR
- 3+ years as a Senior Service Advisor
- 3+ years as a Journeyman Automotive Technician
- 3+ years as a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Technician
- 3+ years as a Shop Foreman, Dispatcher, Tower Operator, Shop Controller, Fixed Operations Coordinator, or similar dealership role
Please note: Candidates without relevant dealership experience will not be considered.
Additional Assets
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following OEM environments:
- Hyundai
- Genesis
- Toyota
- Mazda
- Volkswagen
- Chrysler
- Dodge
- Jeep
- Ram
- Ford
- Chevrolet
- GMC
- Buick
Additional assets include:
- Multi-store Warranty Administration experience
- Warranty audit and compliance experience
- Warranty receivables management
- Warranty appeals and claim recovery experience
- First-pass claim acceptance improvement initiatives
- Chargeback reduction strategies
- Revenue recovery and reimbursement optimization
- Recall and campaign administration
- Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) implementation
- Engineering, technical, or diagnostic background
- Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, PBS, Tekion, Dealertrack, or similar dealership management systems
