The Cashier will provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling point of sale operations and transaction processing. Working within a medium-sized team and reporting directly to the Manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining smooth operations and enhancing the customer experience. Regular travel to other locations may be required on occasion.

Responsibilities

Deliver courteous and friendly customer service
Operate point of sale systems accurately and efficiently
Process transactions and manage receipt distribution
Handle cash and complete related paperwork
Maintain product knowledge and memorize pricing
Organize workspace to ensure smooth operations
Resolve customer complaints professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in retail or cashiering
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong cash handling and basic math skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, and energetic
Capable of resolving customer complaints effectively
