General Labour// Wet Cast Plant./concrete finisher

Job Description The General Laborer position is responsible for form set-up, rebar tying, Durisol (concrete type mixture) pouring and vibration, patching, painting and form tear-down/clean-up. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Responsibilities will include the following: - Reading a tape measure - Completing daily inspections on moulds and products - Reading blue prints - Setting up moulds (putting moulds together, placing the rebar - Pouring and finishing concrete - Stripping products using the overhead cranes -operating concrete mixer Qualifications: - Ability to lift/push/pull 25-50lbs on a regular basis throughout shift - Punctual, reliable and a good team player - Able to read and understand work instructions - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment - At least a high-school diploma or equivalent - Basic math and measurement skills - Experience with blueprint reading, forklift or crane operation an asset Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
