Are you an organized, people-first coordinator who loves keeping a busy practice running smoothly? Our client, a collaborative private counselling practice in Downtown Calgary, is looking for a Clinic Coordinator to support their growing team of therapists. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety — from community outreach and social media to appointment coordination and process building — and wants a flexible, part-time role.
TERMS:
  • On-site (Downtown Calgary), 5 hours per week for now (may increase over time)
  • $23.00 per hour
  • Start Date: TBD
MUST HAVES:
  • Comfortable managing and engaging on a business LinkedIn page
  • Organized and process-minded — comfortable creating and documenting SOPs
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE:
  • Mostly remote work with just one day a week on-site
  • Flexible, part-time hours that can grow as the practice grows
  • Work directly with the practice's founders in a warm, collaborative environment
  • Variety of work — community outreach, content, and clinic operations
  • Room to shape processes and make the role your own
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the clinic
  • Building referral relationships and community connections
  • Setting up collaboration connections (attendance not required)
  • Cleaning up and actively engaging on the practice's LinkedIn page
  • Scheduling and sending reminders for Therapist Lives and Masterclasses
  • Coordinating Psychology Today profile content
  • Providing office-assistant support, including working with an AI booking agent
  • Handling call-backs, appointment booking, and follow-ups
If you're a natural coordinator who enjoys wearing a few different hats, building relationships, and helping a practice run like clockwork, we'd love to hear from you.
