Packaging Associate, Days

We're hiring Packaging Associates in Windsor!

• Full-time position
• Day shift, 6:45am-3:15pm

Responsibilities:

• Follow management direction and daily production schedules
• Prepare and package products according to company standards
• Operate packaging equipment and machinery safely
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Label, sort, and organize packaged products
• Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials
• Perform quality checks throughout the packaging process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete packaging and production tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous packaging, production, or manufacturing experience is considered an asset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
