The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced and knowledgeable in full cycle accounting and management reporting, with a strong financial acumen, including analysis and optimization of business performance
- Proactive in working closely with leadership to provide ownership and key stakeholders with effective cash flow planning, financial projections, tax and investment strategies, statutory compliance as well as participate in business process improvement and risk management
- Capable of representing the family office with professionalism & confidentiality and taking an active role in financial reporting of holding and investment companies as well as the Adera income producing asset portfolio
- An intelligent and fair teammate dedicated to efficiency, professionalism and working closely with outsource partners and institutional stakeholders on key business functions
- A team player able to work both independently and collaboratively, dedicated to quality and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have:
- A CPA designation with experience in public practice or industry, including a familiarity with preparation of financial statements, file preparation and review, corporate tax filings, audit and management reporting
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with clear and concise delivery of important details and the ability to proactively anticipate needs and get answers
- A calm and professional service-oriented approach to ensure a consistent, positive and dependable environment for ownership, key stakeholders, employees and partners
- Passion for life long learning and a job well done, using technology to streamline processes, uphold brand integrity and support the success of our team
