Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and tailored tutoring sessions to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement to create customized learning plans
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and curiosity
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to track progress and address concerns
• Utilize various teaching methods and educational resources to enhance understanding of core subjects such as math, science, language arts, and social studies
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and session outcomes
• Adapt tutoring approaches based on individual student needs and learning styles

Experience

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience working with children or adolescents is required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
• Experience working within classroom settings or educational environments is advantageous
• Passion for education and helping students succeed through motivating and supportive interactions
• Ability to manage multiple sessions efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
