Junior Project Manager/Warehouse Coordinator

Are you looking to start your career in construction and project management?

HCS Contracting is looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on individual to join our London team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, and extensive experience is not required. You'll work directly with our Regional Manager, receiving hands-on training and support while gaining valuable experience in both project coordination and warehouse operations. This role may also be a great fit for a co-op student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in the construction industry.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with coordinating renovation and suite turnover projects
• Support the Regional Manager with day-to-day project activities
• Communicate with trades, suppliers, and site teams
• Help track materials, schedules, and project progress
• Assist with site visits and project documentation
• Receive, organize, and prepare materials in our warehouse
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for upcoming projects
• Take on increasing responsibility as you gain experience

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in construction, renovations, or project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys being hands-on and working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's licence is preferred
• Construction or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required
