Plate Roll Operator ---Afternoon Shift

SUMMARY The Plate Roll Operator rolls flat steel parts based on customer drawings. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Comply with the Rights Responsibilities for All Employees listed in the Employee Handbook. 2. Complete work according to Rolling schedule or as instructed by Supervisor. 3. Process parts according to instructions listed on Rolling work order/drawings. 4. Setup, operate, and troubleshoot hydraulic plate rolling machine. 5. Perform material handling activities manually and using overhead crane. 6. Perform required equipment, safety, and quality inspections. 7. Generate NCR (non-conformance report) for parts that are not to standard. 8. Complete necessary paperwork when required. 9. Demonstrate safe work habits at all times. 10. Perform basic equipment maintenance and report maintenance issues as needed. 11. Maintain an organized work area. 12. Comply with Brannon Steel quality system requirements as documented through the ISO 9001:2015 standard. 13.
