Bevel Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bevel Operator to operate and assist with beveling equipment used to prepare metal components for welding and fabrication. Candidates with previous experience are preferred, but individuals willing to learn and receive training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Operate beveling machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare metal parts and edges according to job specifications.
• Measure and inspect materials to ensure proper dimensions and bevel angles.
• Follow work orders, drawings, and production instructions.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work effectively with the production and fabrication team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bevel Operator or in metal fabrication is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools and metalworking equipment.
• Ability to read basic work instructions or drawings is a plus.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle metal materials.
• Willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training is required.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

Training:
Candidates without prior beveling experience may be considered if they demonstrate a strong work ethic and are willing to get training and learn the operation of beveling equipment.
