About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level Software Developer to build, maintain, and improve business integrations and internal applications. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working across NetSuite, EDI workflows, SQL databases, REST APIs, and modern cloud services.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver reliable integrations, automate operational processes, and support systems critical to day-to-day business operations.

What You'll Do
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite, internal systems, third-party applications, and trading partners.
• Work with EDI transactions and workflows, including investigating failures, validating data, and supporting partner onboarding.
• Build and enhance applications, services, and automation using C#/.NET and JavaScript.
• Design and consume REST APIs, troubleshoot authentication, payload, data-mapping, and integration issues.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Use Azure cloud services to deploy, monitor, and support applications and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, release planning, and production support.
• Use Git for source control, branching, pull requests, and collaborative development.
• Leverage AI-assisted developer tools, such as GitHub Copilot, responsibly to improve development speed, documentation, testing, and code quality.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and clearly communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs.

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Practical experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong SQL skills, including querying, joins, stored procedures, performance troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Experience developing or consuming RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with Git and pull-request-based development workflows.
• Familiarity with one or more Azure services, such as Storage, Key Vault, Application Insights, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding software integration concepts, including data mapping, error handling, logging, retries, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteTalk REST/SOAP APIs, saved searches, workflows, or custom records.
• Experience with EDI standards and transactions, such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, 850 purchase orders, 810 invoices, 856 advance ship notices, or 940/945 warehouse transactions.
• Familiarity with EDI platforms or integration tools such as Boomi, CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, eCom, or similar.
• Experience with Azure integration architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience using AI coding agents, including GitHub Copilot, for coding, test generation, documentation, and code review support.

What Success Looks Like
• You can independently investigate and resolve common NetSuite, EDI, API, and database issues.
• Integrations are reliable, well-monitored, and documented.
• You write maintainable code and contribute constructively through pull requests and code reviews.
• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and better system design.
