We are seeking a motivated and organized Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Ucluelet, British Columbia.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of finished products.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Communicate with freight carriers, customers, and internal departments.
• Support daily logistics operations and workflow coordination.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
• Ensure shipments are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, manufacturing, or a related field is an asset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
