Licensed 309A Electrician

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed 309A Electrician to join our growing team in Hamilton and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills who is also capable of taking initiative and leading projects when needed.
We are also hiring a Lead Hand Electrician who can effectively organize job sites, coordinate tasks, and provide leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and/or commercial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Lead and support team members on job sites (Lead Hand role)
• Organize materials, schedules, and workflow for projects
• Ensure all work complies with Ontario Electrical Safety Code
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Valid 309A Electrical License (required for electrician role)
• Previous experience in electrical work (residential/commercial/industrial)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills (for Lead Hand position)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
