Do you enjoy turning a display concept into something that can be built, shipped and used in stores? We're hiring a Structural Designer to develop corrugated packaging and point-of-purchase displays from initial concept through prototyping and production.

This is a structural design role focused on how displays are built and manufactured. Graphic design experience is an asset, but it is not required.

What You'll Do

• Create structural concepts, sketches, mockups and prototypes for retail displays and merchandising solutions.
• Develop designs in ArtiosCAD, including working drawings, revisions, component specifications and bills of materials.
• Select corrugated grades, flutes, foam and other materials based on the display's function, appearance, cost and shipping needs.
• Prepare production-ready drawings and files for cutting dies, print plates and assembly.
• Write clear work instructions for the assembly team.
• Use the cutting table to produce and refine samples when needed.
• Work with design, production and vendors to resolve challenges and move projects through approval and the first production sample.
• Keep drawings and project documentation accurate and organized in an ISO-certified environment.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of structural design experience in point-of-purchase displays, corrugated packaging or related industrial work.
• Practical knowledge of corrugated grades and flutes, foam, prototyping and production methods.
• Proficiency with ArtiosCAD and experience creating designs that can be manufactured.
• Experience with Esko cutting table software.
• Computer skills across Mac, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication and an openness to feedback.
• A portfolio showing your structural design work, ideally including displays or packaging you helped take from concept to production.

A bachelor's degree in industrial design, structural design, package design or design engineering is preferred. Graphic design experience is an asset.
