About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Location: Moncton, NB

Schedule: Days (Tuesday to Friday from 9:00AM to 3:30PM, Saturday 6:00AM to 6:30PM) or nights (Sunday to Thursday from 12:30AM to 9:00AM)

Type: New Position

Pay Range (Hourly): $17.65 per hour base wage with additional earnings based on pick rate

Term: Contract until January 9, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare products accurately according to shipping orders
• Verify product quantities, descriptions, and order information
• Use of scanners and paperwork
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
• Attend in-house training sessions as required (e.g. dangerous goods, WHMIS, etc.)
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines

Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or material-handling experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety
