We are hiring a Terminal Operator to support the continued growth of our terminal operations and anticipated customer demand.

Location: Woodstock, Ontario

Wage: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour, based on experience

Shift: Night Shift| 4 on, 4 off| 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

Type: Existing position

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Terminal Operator, you will play a hands-on role in the safe movement, loading, and offloading of rail cars while maintaining high safety and operational standards. This role involves outdoor work in all seasons and may include working at heights.

• Support safe rail yard operations, including marshalling and spotting rail cars
• Load and offload rail cars in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Inspect rail cars and document findings
• Complete daily reports and communicate issues to the Terminal Manager
• Perform general housekeeping and light maintenance
• Participate in toolbox talks and follow established safety procedures

What You Bring

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs, work outdoors, and work at heights
• Rail, terminal, or transloading experience is an asset
• Supervisory, lead hand, or mentoring experience is an asset
