Project Manager

Project Manager – Residential Construction Location: Mississauga, ON Work accommodation: fully on site/in office Salary: Up to $180,000 annually We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from pre-construction through occupancy and close-out. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished construction professional who can take ownership of the full project lifecycle, manage significant budgets and schedules, lead consultants and trades, and work closely with site and development teams to successfully deliver complex residential projects. What You'll Do

• Manage projects through pre-construction, construction, occupancy and close-out
• Own project budgets, forecasting and cost-to-complete reporting
• Manage construction schedules, milestones, risks and project priorities
• Coordinate consultants, trades, suppliers and internal project teams
• Lead tendering, scopes of work, trade selection and contract negotiations
• Partner closely with Site Superintendents to resolve construction and scheduling issues
• Monitor project quality, documentation and contractual requirements
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to protect budgets and timelines
• Support occupancy planning, deficiency resolution and final project turnover
• Lead and mentor members of the Project Management team
• Build strong relationships with consultants, trades, municipalities and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Proven residential construction project management experience
• Experience managing projects across the full construction lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of construction budgets, forecasting and cost control
• Hands-on experience with tendering, trade procurement and contract management
• Strong scheduling, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience partnering with Site Superintendents, consultants and trades
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Multi-residential, condominium or high-rise residential experience strongly preferred

About You You are a hands-on Project Manager who understands both the financial and operational sides of construction. You anticipate risks, keep multiple stakeholders aligned and take ownership of delivering projects from planning through final turnover.
