What You Bring to the Team

• Leadership Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience managing teams of 10+ people, with a passion for leading by example and driving practical workflow solutions.
• Certifications: CSO, Intermediate First Aid, Fall Protection, and WHMIS.
• Hands-On Expertise: Proven pipe fabrication background with strong technical knowledge of pipe schedules, fittings, and spool work.
• Mentorship Skills: Active desire to train welders in proper fit-up, layout, FCAW/GMAW welding, and shop best practices.
• Precision & Safety: Expert ability to interpret isometric drawings, manage fabrication flow from start to finish, and maintain a clean, safety-first shop floor.
