The Opportunity As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and continuously improving enterprise ERP and CRM platforms while identifying opportunities to enhance business performance through technology, automation, reporting, and data analytics. Working closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, sales, manufacturing, and leadership teams, you will help ensure critical business systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Systems Support & Optimization

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ERP and CRM users
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate effective resolutions
• Support software upgrades, enhancements, and system releases
• Execute and document functional testing activities for system improvements and enhancements
• Validate system performance following deployments and upgrades
• Assist with user adoption and system optimization initiatives

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Collect, validate, and manage enterprise data from multiple business sources
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to identify trends and business opportunities
• Develop meaningful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and related technologies
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reporting accuracy
• Support data migration, integration, and troubleshooting activities

Systems Enhancement & Digital Transformation

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify new technology requirements and improvement initiatives
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and delivery of new system capabilities
• Analyze existing business systems and recommend strategic enhancements
• Assess emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and AI-driven solutions
• Participate in system design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities

Process Improvement & Project Delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate manual and paper-based processes
• Support enterprise technology projects through planning, documentation, execution, and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, upgrade records, and version controls
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience

Qualifications:Required Experience

• Degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems
• Extensive experience working within the Manufacturing sector with an understanding of Manufacturing Work Flows
• Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms in complex business environments
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, reconciliations, and business operations
• Experience with relational databases, data analysis, and business intelligence tools
• Proven experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar platforms
