- Translate the needs of athletes, coaches, parents, officials, and administrators into clear content development plans.
Delivery, Operations, and Execution

- Partner directly with external experts and internal executive leaders to translate domain expertise into trustworthy learning assets.
- Design educational content focused on clear outcomes, skill building, and long-term behavior change across target audiences.
- Remain hands-on in drafting scripts, outlines, learning briefs, and early prototypes to drive development forward.
AI Integration and Engine Optimization

- Build prompt libraries, repeatable templates, and internal systems to increase speed and consistency across the team.
Required Superpowers
- Proven track record owning content strategy, roadmap prioritization, and content delivery within a tech or product environment.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience driving complex production schedules across multiple contributors.
- Practical, hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (such as Claude and ChatGPT) integrated directly into daily content workflows.
- Sharp editorial judgment, including strong writing, messaging, and narrative structure skills.
- Sound instructional design instincts focused on driving behavior change and clear learning outcomes.
- Ability to synthesize complex expert knowledge into plain-language, engaging content.
- Comfort conducting user feedback sessions, reviewing performance data, and operating independently in a growing organization.
