Responsibilities
- Process and prepare fish products according to company procedures
- Sort, clean, trim, weigh, package, and label products
- Operate basic production equipment as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety, workplace health, and safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a production team
- Perform other general duties as assigned
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift and move products as required
- Willingness to work some weekends
- Previous food processing or production experience is an asset, but training is available
