Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Ajax, Ontario
Shift Duration: 8 hours 30 minutes (with a 30-minute unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain, and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Oversee QC inspection processes, calibration procedures, and documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and support external audits
- Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Must have Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or Must have Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager and/or within a Quality Assurance Environment
- Must have proven experience in ISO system implementation
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Must be English and Computer literate
- Preferred with Knowledge of Continuous Improvement techniques and Nonconformance Root Cause Investigation, Analysis, and Corrective Action Resolution skills
- Preferred have Supervisory / Management skills
- Preferred have Excellent Customer Service skills
- Preferred familiar with Statistics and Trend Analysis
- Preferred with Knowledge of QC Inspection techniques
- Preferred with Knowledge of IMTE Calibration devices and practices
- Preferred with University/College Degree
- Strong knowledge of QC inspection, calibration procedures, and quality tools
- Ability to read and interpret dial calipers and tape measures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to problem solve / multi-task / negotiate / deal with complexity
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
