We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced 3PL environment. This posting is for an existing vacancy. What you'll be doing: * Tracking & Tracing, monitoring shipments and relaying status to customers * Communicating with Customer Service Representatives and warehouse operations for order completion * Updating TMS with accessorial charges and ensuring the load is complete and accurate for billing * Assisting customers and other third parties with inquiries and problem resolution, escalating when required * Procuring and negotiating rates with carriers * Obtaining carrier packages and insurance/wsib/etc. * Performing other duties and projects as assigned Required Skills & Experience: * 2+ years of transportation experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational, time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills * Strong understanding of North American Geography * Capable of communicating effectively in a concise, professional manner * Attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook * Proficiency in ERP/TMS software ADLI Logistics is an equal opportunity employer.
