Business Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing home and emergency services business in Ontario, Canada.

This is an opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to develop sales, customer relations, technical and hands-on skills while building a long-term career in Canada.

The position combines business development, customer service, sales and field work.

You will communicate directly with customers, understand their needs, identify solutions, explain services and pricing, and help develop new business opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Communicate with customers in English
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests
• Visit residential and commercial customers when required
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain technical problems, available solutions and pricing
• Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities
• Promote and sell company services
• Identify additional service and sales opportunities
• Prepare and communicate estimates and pricing
• Work with services including locksmith, doors and windows, garage doors, repairs and other home-service solutions
• Perform basic hands-on technical work and assist with service work when required
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Represent the company professionally in the field
