Inside Sales Rep

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is seeking a Inside Sales Rep for a 3 to 4 month contract role in Listowel, ON. This hybrid position combines 3 days in the office with 2 days working remotely. Inside Sales Rep will accurately process sales orders, manage customer account databases, track inventory, and provide administrative support across accounts in Canada and the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain product knowledge and actively participate in product training sessions.

- Assist with periodic administrative tasks (i.e., credits and inventory).

- Provide customers with a professional and positive experience, ensuring they have the best coverage and support of our products.

- Cold call prospective accounts to initiate new business opportunities.

- Communicate with warehouse regarding all sales order matters.

- Be responsible for the overall customer satisfaction level of assigned accounts.

- Maintain detailed notes in each customers' database file.

- Data entry of orders.

- No specific responsibility for health and safety of others, beyond following standard defined health and safety procedures and reporting any observed workplace hazards.

Qualifications:

- Strong written/oral communication skills

- Excellent organization and time management skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of Visual Manufacturing and or Goldmine CRM would be an asset.

- Knowledge of knitting or crocheting would be an asset.

- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service, administrative, and/or similar experience
