Seasonal Park Maintenance - Municipality of Oakville

Enjoy Working Outdoors? We're hiring Seasonal Environmental Services Workers to help keep parks, trails, and public spaces clean and welcoming throughout Oakville. No experience is required. Full training is provided!

Location: Oakville, ON

Shifts: Days (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or Afternoons (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

Schedule: Full-time seasonal hours with a variety of schedules available. Employees typically work 5 shifts per week, with a combination of days, afternoons, and occasional weekends based on operational needs.

Wage: $18.75/hour + 4% Vacation Pay

What You'll Do:

• Clean and restock public washrooms
• Collect litter and empty garbage bins
• Help maintain the cleanliness of parks and public spaces
• Travel between locations throughout Oakville

What to Expect:

• Able to work 40 hours per week on a day shift throughout the fall
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Weekend availability may be required
• CSA-approved steel-toed work boots required
• Valid G or G2 driver's license required
• Clear driving abstract required
• Police Record Check required
