Window Coverings Showroom Design Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Window Coverings Showroom Design Consultant to join our team. This role involves guiding clients through the selection and customization of high-end window treatments, providing expert design advice, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Experience in retail sales, inside and outside sales, and product demonstrations will be highly valued. Enabling effective communication and visualization of design concepts.
Duties:

• Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and preferences for window coverings.
• Conduct product demos to showcase various window treatment options, emphasizing features and benefits.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate products through personalized consultations, leveraging upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.
• Manage account information accurately, including order processing and payment handling.
• Collaborate with clients on renovation or construction projects, providing expert guidance on product compatibility and installation considerations.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, appointments, and sales data for effective account management.
• Represent the showroom professionally at all times, ensuring a welcoming environment that encourages high-end sales.
• Opening and Closing Store Duties.
