Receptionist

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented and reliable receptionists to help run a smooth office for our various clients in Airdrie, AB. These temporary/casual positions will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions such as greeting visitors and staff, providing a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional client services. Whether you are ready to return to the workforce after an extended break, are well-versed in office environments with lots of experience, or are a graduate student looking to get your foot in the door, this may be the opportunity you are looking for!
Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Connect incoming calls and respond to email queries.
• Order food and supplies for office lunches and client meetings when required.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and couriers.
• Handle printing and photocopying requests.
• Book and set up meeting rooms as required.
• Manage office inventory such as stationery, and business cards.
• Compile data, and create reports and documents as requested.
• Ensure overall office cleanliness, and coordinate with maintenance contractors.
• Provide administrative support for various teams when necessary.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
• Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone.
• Possess active listening skills with a positive, friendly attitude when greeting clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure.
• Professional, self-motivated, and able to work well independently.
• Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
