ATS Traffic is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with retail customer service and/or sales background looking to work within a professional setting and someone eager to learn new skill's!
This position is the first point of contact for customers looking to acquire equipment from ATS. CSP will handle calls, quotes, invoices, and sales orders alongside customer concerns as well as taking orders via phone, email, and walk-in.

Responsibilities- Data Entry: accurately process quotes, sales orders and tickets in various systems
- Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers
- Handle inquiries for quotes, orders as well as customer concerns
- Working closely with Account Managers
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Take payment on cash sales
- Approximately 2 years' experience in customer service and/or sales
- Previous experience working in the traffic control/construction industry is preferred but will take other experience into consideration.
- Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
