Cycle counter- inventory

Job Summary

The Cycle Counter will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records by regularly counting, verifying, and reconciling stock levels. The ideal candidate must have previous inventory experience and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of inventory and warehouse materials.
• Verify physical inventory against system records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Identify damaged, missing, misplaced, or excess inventory.
• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, organized, and stored.
• Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Enter and update inventory information accurately in computer systems.
• Follow company safety and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Must have previous inventory experience.
• Previous experience as a Cycle Counter, Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or similar role is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive counting and verification tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
