Installation Lead Hand

Responsibilities Lead and supervise installation crews on commercial and industrial job sites Install and assemble warehouse racking, shelving, and storage systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Coordinate daily project activities to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and lift equipment as required Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and site preparation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Complete project documentation and safety records Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors Ensure all work is completed according to company safety standards Requirements Previous construction, installation, industrial, or warehouse systems experience required Leadership or supervisory experience considered an asset Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Strong attention to safety and quality workmanship Valid driver's licence required Steel-toe boots required Willingness to travel to project sites as required Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
