# Customer Service Representative **Location:** London, Ontario **Pay Rate:** $18.90/hour **Hours:** 40 hours per week **Shift:** Afternoon Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM **Training:** Approximately 4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ## Position Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and professional **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service while supporting daily order processing, shipping, inventory, and administrative activities. This position is well suited for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with multiple computer systems, and able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ## Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries by phone and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner * Process and coordinate customer orders and shipments * Track orders and provide customers with updates as required * Assist with inventory records and inventory counts * Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer and order requirements * Assist with invoicing and credit-related changes * Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and work toward appropriate resolutions * Expedite orders when necessary * Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation * Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately * Schedule appointments and coor Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
