Northern Roads Auto Group is preparing to move into our new Kia image facility in Niagara Falls within the next few months and as we grow, we're looking for a motivated Apprentice Automotive Service Technician who wants to learn, develop and build a long-term career with us.

As an Apprentice Technician, you'll work alongside our experienced technicians while continuing to develop your skills in maintenance, diagnostics and vehicle repair.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Assist Licensed 310S Technicians with diagnostics and repairs
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filters, fluid services and inspections
- Complete tire rotations, installations, balancing and repairs
- Learn proper diagnostic and repair procedures
- Complete assigned repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Identify potential maintenance and repair concerns
- Develop your skills using modern tools, equipment and technology
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Learn from an experienced Service team that's invested in helping you succeed
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job in a shop... you want to become a Technician.
You should be:
- A registered 310S apprentice or actively pursuing your automotive apprenticeship
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Reliable and ready to work
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to take direction and apply feedback
- Focused on quality and attention to detail
- A team player who isn't afraid to jump in and help
- Committed to developing your skills and progressing toward your 310S licence
- The holder of a valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Holding a G driver's license and a clean abstract
- Able to lift 65+ lbs independently
- Able to drive manual vehicles is an asset
Previous dealership experience is an asset, but attitude, work ethic and your willingness to learn matter to us.
