PARTS COUNTER PERSON
Full-Time Position
We are looking for a Parts Counter Person to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive, truck, trailer, or heavy-duty parts industry and have a strong understanding of parts identification and customer service. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts inquiries and sales
- Identify and source automotive, truck, and trailer parts
- Prepare parts orders and invoices
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service
- Work as part of a team to support our service and parts operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive, truck, trailer, or heavy-duty parts is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills and ability to learn parts systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Willing to train the right candidate
