Location: Cardinal Kia

Availability: Open - Monday to Friday

*Open availability 7 am to 7 pm.

Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 based on experience and training.

Northern Roads Auto Group is preparing to open the doors to our brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia image facility within the next few months — and we're looking for an experienced 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician who wants to be part of it.

And when we say new facility, we mean NEW.

We Want a Technician Who...

Knows their way around a vehicle, takes pride in doing the job right and understands that a great technician is a huge part of a great customer experience.

You'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing customer vehicles while working alongside a busy Service team that values quality, efficiency and teamwork.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician licence
  • Kia and/or EV experience is an asset
  • Has strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Can confidently perform maintenance and mechanical repairs
  • Works efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
  • Thrives in a busy, fast-paced shop
  • Takes ownership of their work
  • Communicates well with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians
  • Understands the importance of productivity without sacrificing quality
  • Wants to be part of a dealership that's investing heavily in its future
  • Can lift 65 lbs independently
