Deal Processing & Licensing Coordinator
Shift Auto Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Deal Processing & Licensing Coordinator to join our team in Fredericton, NB.
This is an important role within our dealership operations, responsible for keeping our vehicle licensing and registration activities running smoothly while also supporting the administrative side of vehicle sales. What You'll Do
Manage vehicle registrations, transfers, permits, and related licensing requirements.
Coordinate the registration of used vehicles following vehicle sales.
Manage and maintain our inventory of dealer licence plates, including tracking, assignment, renewals, and accountability.
Maintain Shift Auto Group's dealer licences, permits, and related regulatory documentation.
Monitor licensing and registration deadlines to ensure everything remains current and compliant.
Work with Service New Brunswick and other government agencies as required.
Identify missing or incorrect information and working with the appropriate team members to resolve it.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
Assist with audits and internal compliance reviews.
Respond to licensing and registration questions.
Enter purchases into tracker and dealer management system and processing payments related to vehicle purchases via EFT or cheque.
Process of payments to drivers for vehicle transfers / movements
Coordinate transfer of ownership for Wholesale deals with auctions and local dealers.
Other duties as may be required
What We're Looking For
Organized individual that is comfortable with managing multiple priorities
Detailed oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
Able to work independently while also being an effective member of a team
Proactive in identifying and resolving problems
Computer literate and proficient with spreadsheets / word documents
Experience in automotive retail or automotive repair organizations is considered a strong asset
Experience in general administrative or compliance-related roles is considered an asset
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $20 - $23 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
