RQ11339 - Software Developer - Senior

Ministry of the Solicitor General (SOLGEN) – Justice Technology Services
Location: Toronto, ON | Onsite: 5 days/week
Contract: 253 Business Days

Project Overview
SOLGEN is developing an integrated Risk Assessment Platform connecting LSI-OR, RASO (Static-99R/Stable 2007), and ODARA with the Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain secure enterprise applications.
Develop integrations and APIs with OTIS and other systems.
Build solutions using Azure, .NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Develop Azure Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Design and manage Azure SQL/SQL Server databases.
Troubleshoot, perform code reviews, testing, and production support.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams and maintain technical documentation.

Must Have

10+ years of software development experience.
10+ years with Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.
Strong experience with C#/.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
5+ years of database development with Azure SQL/SQL Server.
Experience with DevOps/CI/CD and full SDLC.
Strong knowledge of security, accessibility, and enterprise development standards.

Nice to Have

Ontario Public Service / Government enterprise experience.
Experience with Azure cloud architecture, Angular/VueJS, WCF/WPF, SOAP, or TFS.

Work Arrangement: Toronto, ON – onsite 5 days/week.
