Fabricating Shop Worker

Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Position

TrueLine Manufacturing is looking for a full-time Fabricating Shop Worker to join our growing manufacturing team in Rimbey, Alberta.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn, works hard, and wants to build a career in manufacturing and fabrication. Previous experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person in welding, fabrication, press brake operation, and laser operation.

What You'll Learn and Do

Welding and metal fabrication

Operating a CNC press brake

Operating a laser cutting machine

Reading drawings and measurements

Preparing and handling steel and other materials

Assembling and finishing fabricated products

Using shop tools and equipment safely

Learning different manufacturing processes and becoming proficient in multiple areas of the shop

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

Experience is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

We are willing to train you and give you the tools and knowledge you need to succeed. However, our goal is to develop employees who can eventually work independently, think through problems, and figure things out on their own.

You don't need to know everything when you start, but you should have the initiative to learn and eventually be someone we can trust to get the job done without constant supervision.
