Requirements

Must like wanting to work in a fun environment that produces results
Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team
Enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional
Superb communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to problem solve and to work independently, under pressure and with deadlines
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in paperwork and data entry
Must be comfortable learning new systems and following process

Responsibilities:

Handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner
Prepare and review documentation for vehicle sales
Inventory administration
Review vehicle files to ensure compliance
Stocking in vehicles
Prepare licensing for new and preowned vehicles
Preparing vehicle files
Additional Sales Administration duties as required
