Requirements

• Must like wanting to work in a fun environment that produces results
• Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team
• Enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional
• Superb communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to problem solve and to work independently, under pressure and with deadlines
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in paperwork and data entry
• Must be comfortable learning new systems and following process

Responsibilities:

• Handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner
• Prepare and review documentation for vehicle sales
• Inventory administration
• Review vehicle files to ensure compliance
• Stocking in vehicles
• Prepare licensing for new and preowned vehicles
• Preparing vehicle files
• Additional Sales Administration duties as required
