Pay Rate: $18.00 per hourJob Type: Full-time
About Us: Join the team at Budds' Imported Cars, "the family business that service built." We provide a premium experience for luxury vehicles and are looking for a dependable individual to keep our service administration organized.
Responsibilities:
- File repair orders and service documentation accurately.
- Organize invoices and financial records chronologically and alphabetically.
- Maintain a clean, streamlined, and efficient filing system.
- Retrieve documents quickly upon internal request.
- Additional tasks as required
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independantly.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous experience in an administrative or dealership setting is an asset but not required.
