About Us

Altevita is a design-build firm based in Toronto, delivering full custom home builds, home additions, and extensions across the GTA. We're growing fast and looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on multiple job sites, reporting directly to our Construction Manager.

The Role

Manage daily execution on 2-3 concurrent projects, ensuring work stays on schedule, on budget, and to quality standards. You'll coordinate trades, handle material logistics, and step in hands-on when needed — reporting directly to the Construction Manager.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily site operations across 2-3 concurrent projects

• Coordinate trades and ensure prerequisites are ready before each trade arrives on site

• Pick up small or urgent materials and supplies as needed (own vehicle required)

• Order, track, and control material usage — minimizing waste and damage

• Perform quality control checks throughout each stage of construction

• Update and follow project schedules in Buildertrend

• Provide limited hands-on support on-site when required

• Flag delays, issues, or budget risks to the Construction Manager

What We're Looking For

• Experience supervising residential construction sites (full builds, additions, or extensions)

• Own vehicle required (pickup truck preferred) — mileage reimbursed

• Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar project management software, or strong ability to learn quickly

• Comfortable coordinating multiple trades and keeping a job site moving

• Hands-on construction skills — able to step in and work when needed

• Strong attention to detail for quality control and material control

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage priorities across multiple sites
