We are looking for a skilled, experienced, and dedicated hands-on HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a variety of residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will have a TSSA G2 Gas Technician License, clean driving record, and strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on HVAC experience, with the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities
· Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, hydronic systems, and ventilation equipment.
· Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
· Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
· Perform HVAC-related pipe fitting, leak repairs, and other mechanical work as required.
· Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system specifications.
· Inspect HVAC equipment and components, including heating units, exhaust fans, ventilation systems, and related mechanical equipment.
· Identify potential equipment issues and recommend preventative maintenance.
· Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable safety regulations.
· Maintain accurate service records, repair reports, and activity logs.
· Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members.
· Participate in meetings, training, workshops, and safety programs as required.
· Requirements
· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, hydronics, and ventilation.
· TSSA G2 Gas Technician License: required
· Knowledge of plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, and mechanical systems is an asset.
· Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Professional communication and customer-service skills.
· Clean driving record required.
· Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various job sites.
· Ability to work in residential and commercial environments and perform physically demanding tasks when required.
